Indian Railways cancelled trains today list, October4, IRCTC refund rule: The Indian Railways has fully cancelled over 221 trains today, Tuesday , October4. Also, the national transporter has source-changed 13 trains and shortly-terminated 13 trains. As many as 9 trains have been rescheduled including Jaynagar to Amritsar Humsafar Express, New Delhi to Virangana Laxmibai Taj Express.

The list of 14 diverted trains includes Bandra Terminus to Gorakhpur Humsafar Express.

IRCTC Refund Rule

Passengers who have booked tickets in these trains, now cancelled, will get a refund in full.

Those who have booked ticket(s) via the IRCTC website will get the booking amount refunded directly into the account from which the money was debited at the time of booking.

Those having a counter ticket should have to visit the reservation centre to claim the refund.
