According to an update, Indian Railways has cancelled 135 trains including Mail, Express, Super-Fast today, October 21, due to several reasons.

Indian Railways has also source-changed 18 trains and shortly-terminated 17 trains. The national transporter has rescheduled 19 trains. Besides, 14 trains have also been diverted.

IRCTC Cancelled Ticket Refund Rule  

Indian Railways passengers who have booked tickets in these trains need not to worry about the refund as they are entitled to full refund from IRCTC.

Online tickets or tickets booked via IRCTC are cancelled automatically and a refund is generated to the source account.

Passengers having counter tickets need to visit the reservation centre to claim the refund.
