288 trains cancelled by Indian Railways today, January 25; Hazrat Nizamuddin-Durg Humsafar Express rescheduled - Check full list; IRCTC refund rule and ticket cancellation charges

Indian Railways cancelled trains today list, January 25, IRCTC refund: Indian Railways has fully cancelled 288 trains today, Wednesday, January 25 including Amritsar to Jaynagar Humsafar Express. 

Besides, Indian Railways has also source-changed 39 trains and short-terminated 34 trains. Additionally, 12 trains have been rescheduled by the national transporter including Hazrat Nizamuddin to Durg Humsafar Express, Howrah to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Duronto Express. 5 trains have been diverted.

Passengers having online tickets will get full refunds in the source account while those having counter tickets will have to visit the reservation centre to claim the refund.
