Indian Railways cancelled trains today list, November 29, IRCTC refund: Indian Railways has fully cancelled 164 trains today, Tuesday, November 29. Indian Railway has also source-changed 36 trains and short-terminated 40 trains. In addition, 17 trains have been rescheduled by the national transporter, including the Humsafar Express Clone Special from Jaynagar Junction to Amritsar Junction and Humsafar Express from Agartala to the SMVT Bengaluru. 58 trains have been diverted including Duronto Express from Bikaner Junction to Sealdah Junction.
