Indian Railways cancelled trains today list, November 28, IRCTC refund: Indian Railways has fully cancelled 147 trains today, Monday, November 28. This includes Ekta Nagar to Ahmedabad Jan Shatabdhi as well as Ahmedabad to Ekta Nagar Jan Shatabdhi. Indian Railway has also source-changed 34 trains and short-terminated 33 trains. Besides, the national transporter has rescheduled as many as 16 trains. 44 trains have been diverted.
