Indian Railways cancelled trains today list, October 14, IRCTC refund: Indian Railways passengers alert! Those who have booked train tickets for today in Mail, Express, Super Fast trains should check the status of your trains before leaving for the journey. Indian Railways has fully cancelled as many as 144 trains today, October 14, due to several reasons. Besides, the national transporter has also source-changed 29 trains and shortly-terminated 26 trains.

A total of 17 trains have been rescheduled including the Gaya-Howrah Express. 18 trains have also been diverted.  

IRCTC refund rule: Indian Railways passengers who have booked tickets in these trains need not to worry about the refund as they are entitled to full refund from IRCTC. Online tickets or tickets booked via IRCTC are cancelled automatically and a refund is generated to the source account.

Passengers having counter tickets need to visit the reservation centre to claim the refund.
