According to a report, Kerala has recorded a heat index of more than 54-degrees celsius. The temperature soared above 35-degrees Celsius in several districts of the state. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has predicted the maximum temperature to cross 40-degrees celsius in the next 2 weeks.
