Night shelters fill up as cold waves intensify in Delhi

The cold waves are reeling in the national capital. People took refuge in government-supported night shelters at Lodhi Road. These night shelters have become heaven for homeless people. They are provided with free blankets, pillows. Temperature has dropped down in Delhi due to snowfall in parts of North India. The minimum temperature recorded was 6 °C.
