IRDAI Proposes 20% Cap On Agents Commission
In an ‘Exposure Draft’, the insurance sector regulator, IRDAI has proposed a 20% limit on agents’ commission, remuneration and reward for general and standalone health insurance companies. It has proposed to have a commission limit of 20% of the gross premium.
