India 360: Men Hearts Are Weaker Than Women, Maharashtra Government Released Figures

While releasing the figures, the Maharashtra government has said that 'the heart of men is more weak than women. The Maharashtra government started the 'STEMI Maharashtra' program. Cases of STEMI heart attacks were seen under this program. A large majority, or 1,602 (72%) of the 2,225 people diagnosed with serious heart diseases between February 1, 2021 and October 2, 2022, were men and 623 were women over the age of 30.
