Hyderabad traffic police introduces digital signal, installs strip lights at zebra crossing

In a first of its kind, Hyderabad traffic police introduced a digital system to curb signal jumping. They have installed LED strip lights at the zebra crossing at KBR Park traffic signal junction. The new idea has been adopted on an experimental basis. It will help pedestrians to cross the road easily. If any commuter jumps the signal, CCTV cameras can record this violation easily.
