Have to watch carefully & see how we can respond: Navy Chief on Chinas defence white paper

Chief of the Naval Staff, Admiral Karambir Singh addressed media personnel in Delhi on Thursday. On asking about China's Defence White Paper reiterating growing emphasis on PLA Navy, Singh said, “Lot of resources have been shifted from other arms to PLA Navy, obviously in-line with their intention to become a global power.
