Government school in Haryana makes Sit ups mandatory for students

Government-run Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan School in Haryana’s Bhiwani has decided to introduce sit-ups in its curriculum. The move has been made mandatory for students under State School Education Board Pilot Project. Rajeev Prasad, Education Board Secretary, said, “It is super brain yoga. It's scientifically proven that it increases brain efficiency. We're starting this from tomorrow.”
