Raw wet Ginger farming is blooming in Karnataka’s Shivamogga. It is being sold at Rs 8,500 per quintal now and may reach to Rs 10,000 per quintal shortly. Being a hilly region, Shivamogga has moderate climate that is favourable for ginger cropping.
