Chandrayaan-3: Vikram Lander separates from Propulsion Module, heads to Moons South Pole

The Vikram lander module of the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft successfully separated from the propulsion module today at 1 pm, marking a milestone in India's third lunar mission. Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft is scheduled to land on the moon on 23 August 23.
