Amit Shahs defense in favour of scrapping Article 370

Home Minister Amit Shah defended revoking Article 370 by recountit has been the root cause behind rise of terrorism, poverty and lack of development in the valley. He also assured that J&K will become a state again once normalcy is ensured.
