Aadhaar card OTP (One Time Password) authentication is no more a problem if the card holder has forgot the registered mobile number. Now one can do the OTP authentication with any other number as well. So, a person willing to order Aadhaar PVC card but fails to remember Aadhaar registered mobile number, he or she can still order online by OTP authentication by other mobile number. The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has now introduced the OTP authentication service without the registered mobile number.

So, if a person does not remember Aadhaar registered mobile number but wants to order Aadhaar PVC card online, he or she can do that by going to the official website of the UIDAI — uidai.gov.in. One can do it from the direct UIDAI link — residentpvc.uidai.gov.in/order-pvcreprint. From this direct link, one can go to the direct UIDAI page where one needs to submit one's Aadhaar number, security code and choose option 'My mobile is not registered' option for OTP authentication. Then click at send OTP and after receiving the OTP one needs to enter OTP, pay Rs 50 for placing the Aadhaar PVC card online order. The card holder must keep the SRN number with him or her for tracking the placed Aadhaar PVC card order.

Here is step by step guide to place Aadhaar PVC card online without Aadhaar-registered mobile number:

1] Go to direct UIDAI link — residentpvc.uidai.gov.in/order-pvcreprint;

2] Enter Aadhaar number, security code;

3] Choose my mobile number not registered by clicking at the box against this option;

4] You will receive OTP on the given number;

5] Enter OTP and pay Rs 50 charge for Aadhaar PVC card postage and print;

6] You will get your SRN number that means your Aadhaar PVC card order has been placed.

For future reference, keep the SRN number with you as it would help you track your Aadhaar PVC card.
