Train 18 schedule, route, reservation, ticket booking, timing, launch date: All you need to know
India's latest semi high-speed train is all set to be flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 15. The next-gen train will go on the route from New Delhi to Varanasi. Vande Bharat Express or Train 18 is loaded with smart features for traveling comfort and convenience. The commercial run will start on February 17. Train 18 schedule:
The train will run all days a week except for Mondays and Thursdays. (PTI)
Train 18 route:
Train 18 will have very few halts. It will likely make stops at New Delhi, Ghaziabad, Kanpur, Allahabad and Varanasi railway stations. The train will run between Delhi and Allahabad on Delhi-Howrah route and then it will move via Bhadohi. (IANS)
Train 18 timing:
For its commercial run on 17th February, the train will leave Delhi at 6 am and reach Varanasi at 2 pm. On the return journey, it will leave Varanasi at 3 pm and reach Delhi at 11 pm. (IANS)
Train 18 reservation:
The A-C chair car's ticket would cost cost Rs 1,760 and the executive class fare will be Rs 3,310. On the return journey, a chair car ticket would cost Rs 1,700 and the executive car ticket will cost Rs 3,260. (PTI)

Train 18 or Vande Bharat has opened the booking for Train number 22436 New Delhi-Varanasi Vande Bharat Express and Train number 22435 Varanasi-New Delhi Vande Bharat Express on its website irctc.co.in (PTI)
Train 18 launch date:
Vande Bharat Express will be flagged off by PM Narendra Modi on February 15 from New Delhi. Train 18, during its 8-hour journey will stop at Kanpur and Allahabad (Prayagraj) (PTI)
