Winter Session of Parliament: The Winter Session of Parliament - set to commence from December 7, Wednesday -will consider 16 new Bills. Apart from this, several Bills passed already by either of the Houses or reviewed by Parliamentary Committees will also be taken up for passage in the winter session.

From, the 'Trade Marks Bill, 2022' seeking to incorporate certain aspects of the Madrid Registration System i.e. transformation and replacement which is needed to make our processing at par with the Madrid System to the 'Geographical Indications of Goods Bill, 2022', seeking to amend the GI Act to make some of the procedure simplified in order to be more accessible to maximum stakeholders, multiple Bills are to be tabled this session.
