IPL 2019: There are a large number of cricket fans in India. If any of them want to watch IPL matches, here's good news for them. Two DTH companies in the country - Tata Sky and Airtel Digital TV - are offering free channel telecasting the IPL match. Reports say these DTH companies have decided to offer a free subscription of the channel telecasting IPL.

Tata Sky made the announcement first

Tata Sky, the leading DTH service provider in the private sector, had already announced that it will offer a free subscription of Star Sports 1 Hindi, Star Sports 1 Tamil, Star Sports 1 Telugu, Star Sports 1 Kannada, and Start Sports 1 Bungalow for free to its users from March 23. Users of Tata Sky will be able to view these channels for free till May 19.

New Connection to benefit

DTH service company Airtel Digital TV is providing free access to channels telecasting IPL to old as well as new subscribers. Those taking new subscription of Airtel TV will get a free subscription to Star Sports 1 and Star Sports 1 Hindi till May 19.

According to a report by BGR, the old users will get free access to Star Sports 1, Star Sports 1 HD, Star, Sports 1 Hindi, Star Sports 1 Hindi HD, Star Sports 1 Telugu, Star Sports 1 Tamil, Star, Sports 1 Kannada and Star Sports 1 Bangla.
