Uri Box Office Collection: Directed by Aditya Dhar, Uri: The Surgical Strike is still making a big buzz at the box office. As per the Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh, the film is simply a 'money spinner.' The film is running fast towards Rs 100 crore and after running 9 days in the theatres, it collected a total of Rs 91.84 crore. The film's collection on second Saturday was even higher than the first Saturday, it collected Rs 12.43 crore yesterday. Uri crossed the Rs 50 crore-mark on day 5 and crossed Rs 75 crore-mark after day eight.  According to trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Uri will gain entry into the Rs 100 crore-club today on Sunday and will make it the fastest mid-budget Hindi film to achieve the numbers. He also added that the film is much ahead of Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Stree, Raazi, Badhaai Ho and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety.

With its India collections over Rs 78 crore in 8 days, the film has become the first Superhit of 2019. The film has not only received good reviews but has emerged as movie-lovers' favourite. It's doing better than the Accidental Prime Minister which was released on the same date - January 11.

Other than Vicky Kaushal, the movie also stars Paresh Rawal, Yami Gautam, Rajit Kapur and Kirti Kulhari in key roles.
