UPSC recruitment 2019: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released notification for the recruitment of Assistant Commandants in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs). There are 398 vacancies in Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).

The Online Application process started on January 14, 2019 and will continue till January 28. 2019 up to 6 PM. The candidates can register for the posts through www.upsconline.nic.in. CAPF Assistant Commandant written examination will be held on August 12, 2019 at various centres across the country.
The applicants must go through the official notification before applying for the posts to make sure that they have all the requisite educational qualifications and experience for these jobs.

UPSC recruitment 2019: Educational qualification:
The candidates should hold a Bachelor Degree from any recognised university/institution.
Age limit:
The candidates should be between 20 years and 25 years of age.
Selection process: 
The candidates will be selected through a written examination, physical and medical standard tests and personality/interview tests.

The applicants should careful while filling in the application, as any error or misinformation may lead to the cancellation of the application form. Application Fee:
For General and OBC category candidates the fee is Rs 200 and there is no fee for female/ SC/ ST candidates.
