UP Board 12th result 2018: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has declared the Intermediate (Class 12th) examination result on Sunday. As per the updates, under the UP inter results - Rajneesh Shukla from Fatehpur bagged the top spot in the Class 12the examination holding 93.20%, alongside Akash Maurya who also shares the top position. These two were followed by Ananya Rai at second spot in the UP inter results. The results have been made live on upresults.nic.in, which will also be announced by the Chairman shortly. Students can check their result on the official website, which is upresults.nic.in as well as at upmsp.edu or even at   www.upresults.nic.in.

The two topper in UP class 12th board scored 466 marks each. 

While the second ranker Ananya Rai scored 92.6% in the 12th examination, followed by Abhishek Kumar from Moradabad and Ajeet Patel from Barabanki at third spot by scoring 92.2% each. 

With a pass percentage of 78.81%, girls performed better than the boys who scored a pass percentage of 72.27% in the UP board class 12 exams.

Total passing percentage stood lower at 72.43% in class 12th UP board. Last year this total passing percentage was at 82.62%

As many as 30,17,032 students had registered under the UP board class 12 exams this year.

2. Download board results 2018

3. Out of many apps, download it as per review

4. Once the app is installed, pre-register yourself along with registering your roll number

5. Once results are declared, you can check it through the app

1. Visit the official websites- upmsp.edu.in, upresults.nic.in, upmspresults, up.nic.in

2. Now click on the ‘Result’ link

3. Enter your registration as well as roll numbers in the new window

4. You can see your result on the screen

5. Download your result and take a print out for reference

It needs to be noted that, this year the UP Board has made Aadhar card mandatory for students and invigilators to avoid cases of cheating inside the exam halls. Special task Force was also assigned to keep a strict eye on any kind of mishap in the exam halls.

Following such restriction, around 11,28,250 students did not appear for the board exams this year.
