UP Board 10th result 2018: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has declared results of the board high school (class 10th) examination on Sunday. As per the updates, Anjali Verma from Allahabad took the top spot in the UP class 10th exams by scoring 96.33%. Verma was followed by Fatehpur's Yashashvi on second spot with 94.5% score. The third place was shared by Vinay Kumar and Sani Verma where both scored 94.17% each. Students can check their result on the official website, which is upresults.nic.in as well as at upmsp.edu or even at   www.upresults.nic.in.

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath on UP Board exam results said, "I am really happy that such a good result has come. I want to congratulate everyone who has passed in these examinations. This time all the exams were held without any complaints of cheating coming from anywhere."

Total passing percentage of class 10th in the state stood at 75.16% which was way lower compared to passing percentage of 81.18% in 2017. The 2018 class 10th performance is lowest in five years. 

The passing percentage in the year 2016 was at 87.66%, followed by 89.19% in 2015 and 82.39% in 2014.

As many as 36,55,691 students have appeared for UP Board Class 10 Exams 2018 this year. 

These students who had appeared for the UP Board Class 10 Examination 2017-18 that had started from 6 February and ended on 22 February, 2018, can access all the information regarding UP Board High School Exam Result 2018 such as Result Date, List of Top Candidates, Merit List District-wise, and School Wise Result right here.

It needs to be noted that, the UP Board authorities made Aadhar card check mandatory not only for students but for invigilators as well.

Following which, around 11,28,250 students did not appear for the board exams this year.

1. Log onto the official website upresults.nic.in
2. The result link will be displayed prominently
3. Click on it
4. Type in roll number or date of birth
5. Submit 
6. Download the result on your device or take a printout. Remember, that only the original certificate counts officially. They should take a print out of the result for reference purpose.
 
The students can also check UP Board Class 10 results 2018 through app. For that they need to visit the Google Play store and download UP board results 2018. After downloading the app, they should pre-register besides registering their roll number. Once results are declared, they can check UP Board 10th result 2018 through the app.
