  • HCL Infosystems Limited (HCL-INSYS): HCL Infosystems' agreement with Apple India for distribution of Apple iPhones and other products will end on March 30, 2019. Both the companies had entered into a distribution tie-up in July 2017. 
  • United Spirits Limited (MCDOWELL-N): The company has set June 18, 2018, as the record date for splitting each share of face value of Rs 10 into five shares of face value of Rs 2 each. Earlier, the proposal of splitting the shares was approved by shareholders of the company. 
  • Arvind Limited (ARVIND): The company has decided to invest Rs 1,500 crore for its expansion and to increase its garment-making capacity to meet the rising demand. Arrow and US Polo Assn. are some branded apparel the company distributes. 
  • Lemon Tree Hotels Limited (LEMONTREE): The company has signed a license agreement for a 104 room property at Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. The hotel is expected to be operational by June 2020.

  • Mcleod Russel India Limited (MCLEODRUSS): The company has finalised the sale of eight tea estates to MK Shah Exports Ltd for a consideration of nearly Rs 331 crore, according to a stock market disclosure. Kolkata-based McLeod Russel is the largest tea producing company in the world.
