United Spirits Ltd: Shareholders have approved Diageo-controlled United Spirits proposal to split each share of face value of Rs 10 into five shares of face value of Rs 2 each. The board of the company has approved it already.

ADF Foods: The board of directors of ADF Foods has approved a buyback proposal. Size of shares for buyback stands at Rs 30 crore and the company has planned a buyback drive of 10 lakh shares at a price of Rs 300 each. 

CG Power: The company has bagged an order of Rs 319 crore from the Indian Railways for providing 1000 Diesel Electric Tower cars (DETC)

HCL Technologies Ltd.: Vama Sundari Investments a promoter of the company has purchased 75 lakh shares of HCL Technologies. Each share was bought at a price of Rs 900.
