Sensex on Monday jumped over 135 points to record a new high of 37,692.89 and Nifty50 also closed at 11,387.10, but there were certain stocks that came in the news after the market was closed for the day. MphasiS Ltd: Its board of directors will meet today to consider its quarterly financial results for the period ended June 2018. In addition, the board will also consider a proposal for Buy-back of the equity shares of the Company and may announce the record date of the buyback. 

Dredging Corporation of India: India's three major ports, including Odisha's  Paradip Port Trust (PPT), may acquire a stake in Dredging Corporation of India (DCI) based on the availability of surplus funds lying with them. The other two ports are Visakhapatnam Port Trust (VPT) and New Mangalore Port Trust (NMPT). 

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd.: The company is planning to launch an initial public offering (IPO) of its agri-food subsidiary Jain Farm Fresh Foods Ltd (JFFFL). The valuation of IPO is about Rs 6800 crore. It is also looking to give an exit to private equity firm Mandala Capital, which holds a 15% stake in the firm. 

Hindalco Industries Ltd.: The company will remain in focus as Aleris Corporation has reported results for the second quarter. Earlier, Hindalco, the metals flagship company of the Aditya Birla Group, agreed to acquire the US-based Aleris for $2.6 million.

Kwality Limited: The company has said that results of the quarter ending June 30, 2018, will be delayed due to some technical snag in ERP software of the company.
