TNUSRB Recruitment 2019: Apply for 8,826 vacant positions at tnusrbonline.org; Check test date, other details

TNUSRB Recruitment 2019: Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board (TNUSRB) has invited applications from aspirants for government jobs of Gr II Police Constable, Gr II Jail Warders, and Firemen posts at its official website - tnusrbonline.org. The last date to apply for the recruitment of as many as 8826 vacant positions is April 8, 2019. Interested candidates should carefully go through the details on the TNUSRB website and submit their applications. According to the TNUSRB notification, government job aspirants of Tamil Nadu should notice that there are 2465 vacancies allocated for women/ transgender in Constable Grade II, 5962 posts are for Constable Grade II, 208 for Grade II Jail Warders, while 191 positions have been specially mentioned for firemen.

Those who are submitting their application for Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board (TNUSRB) jobs can apply through tnusrbonline.org. Upon visiting the website, candidates will see two sections on the homepage. One section is dedicated to Common Recruitment 2019 including the posts of Gr II Police Constables, Gr II Jail Warders, and Firemen, while the other section is for the recruitment of Sub-Inspector of Police (TK, AR, TSP) – 2019. 

Interested candidates for 8826 TNUSRB vacancies should click on application form link in the first section, and then click on Create New User link. Now, they should sign up and complete the registration process to submit their application. Those who have submitted their application successfully will receive their admit card. Candidates will have to face written examination, physical measurement test, endurance test, and physical efficiency test. They will also be entitled to get special marks.

Candidates must keep a tab on the board website, as it will release dates of TNUSRB Constable Recruitment 2019 exam, and other formalities. They can check if they they will be able to pass the physical measurement test by knowing the requisite physical measurements from the TNUSRB notification. For physical efficiency and endurance tests, candidates are advised to check the tasks given in the notification and go ahead to practice the same in advance.

The written exam will comprise 80 marks and will be of objective type. Candidates will be allotted 80 minutes to complete that paper having General Knowledge questions of 50 marks, along with questions on Psychology of 30 marks. Candidates are required to score at least 28 marks to qualify. Interested candidates must have passed Tamil language in class 10 level, and are required to be in the age group of 18 to 24 years as on July 1, 2019. The age relaxation will be applicable for reserved category candidates as per norms.
