So, imagine when such, 'priceless' items disappear. Yes, that is exactly what happened to a goat worth Rs 80,000. Reportedly, it was stolen from Asarwa.

A gang, that came in a car allegedly took the animal away from the complainant's house. Kesa Patni, the owner of the goat then lodged a complaint with the Meghaninagar police station. He said that the goat was his and that he had been caring for it so that in the future he could sell it and get financial support for his daughter's marriage. 

According to a report by DNA, Patni reached Local MLA Pradip Parmar's house for help, who lives next to his house, after the incident. with the help of the MLA, he lodged a complaint Meghaninagar police station and an investigation was initiated.

However, things took a turn when he informed the investigating officer that his goat was at the Ahmedabad Railway Station and said that the alleged thief was taking it to Mumbai. With Patni's lead, police tracked the man down and detained him and rescued the goat. But there was a catch.

It turned out that Patni had accused the wrong man and that this was a different goat! Later both the man and the rescued goat were released.
