Thackeray box office collection: Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer Thackeray has witnessed a healthy weekend across India and the Marathi version of the film is doing superb business. The film has managed to earn Rs 22.90 crore in its opening weekend despite pressure from Vicky Kaushal starrer Uri: The Surgical Strike which continues to dominate box office.

Thackeray had raked in Rs 6 crore on day 1 and added another Rs 10 cr and Rs 6.90 cr, respectively on the next two days.

Meanwhile, Uri has refused to slow down and earned another Rs 3.40 core on Monday, taking its overall collection to Rs 160.72 crore. "Uri refuses to slow down... The josh is intact... On the other hand, Ranveer Singh stareer Simmba has slowed down after dominating the box office for a month. It only managed to earn Rs 12 lakhs on Friday, Rs 33 lakhs Saturday, and Rs 35 lakhs on Sunday.
