Tamil Nadu Forester Recruitment 2018: Tamil Nadu Forest Department has released the final list of candidates who have been selected for provisional appointment for the positions of Forester. The Tamil Nadu Forest Department had conducted the recruitment test last year. The final list of candidates has been released on the official website forests.tn.gov.in. The Forest Department, which falls under the Government of Tamil Nadu, has not only declared the cut-off marks for the online exams but also the marks of all the candidates who have participated in the exam.

The Online Examination for the post of Forester was conducted on 06.12.2018, 07.12.2018, 08.12.2018 and 09.12.2018. The Online Question Answer Challenge was made available between 15.12.2018 to 19.12.2018. The Questions and Answers that were challenged were considered and the final answer keys were published on 12.01.2019 and 22.01.2019. The list of candidates selected for the endurance test after the online exam was released on February 11th, 2019. The department had conducted endurance test from February 20th to February 25th, 2019 at Chennai. Based on the online exam and endurance test, the final list has been released now.

A total of 300 candidates have been marked eligible to get the provisional appointment letter. The result link is available at the official website. Here's how to check your results:
* Go to forests.tn.gov.in
* Click on 'Recruitment' option 
* Then click on 'Recruitment and Notification'
* Click on 'Publication of list of candidates provisionally selected for Appointment by Direct recruitment to the post of FORESTER' to check your result.

You can also check your marks by clicking on the second link titled 'Window for viewing of marks of Online examination for the post of FORESTER'. The third link titled 'Publishing of cut off mark (Online Examination) for the post of FORESTER' will enable you to view cut off mark for the online examination. There is a fourth link titled 'Publishing of Final cut off mark for the post of FORESTER' which will enable you to check the final cut off marks. The links will be active until April 26th.
