Super 30 box office collection: The Hrithik Roshan-starrer is making decent collection at the box office. In the first week, the movie crossed the Rs 75-crore mark. Though the earnings were not matchable with the first-week collection of Shahid Kapoor-starrer Kabir Singh, it was decent. After collection of Rs 11.83 crore on the opening day, last Friday, the earning peaked during the weekends. The movie earned Rs 18.19 crore and 20.74 crore on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.

With Rs 5.62 crore collection on Thursday, the Vikas Bahl directorial venture has so far earned Rs 75.85 crore in India business. Metros and urban centres are driving its business. It has collected good amount from Mumbai, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh theatres.

Super 30. based on the life of famed tutor Anand Kumar, has been made tax free in Bihar and Rajasthan. Hrithik Roshan plays the role of mathematician Anand Kumar in the movie. Anand Kumar earlier thanked the Bihar government for giving entertainment tax exemption to the movie. 

"We must take inspiration from such films and imbibe the value of 'excellence in education' in the youth of our society today. I hereby declare this film tax-free in the state of #Rajasthan," Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot tweeted.

Anand Kumar Shot to fame when all of the 30 students made their way to IITs. He provides 30 students free coaching for IIT entrance every year. He also provides lodging and meals to these students.
