Route Mobile IPO Update: The Rs 600-crore IPO of Route Mobile was subscribed 4.15 times on the second day of subscription. The retail quota was subscribed 6.7 times, while the QIB was subscribed 1.25 times. The non-institutional investors (NIIs) quota was subscribed 2.04 times. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 345-350 per share. Today is the last day for the subscription of the issue. The issue would comprise of a fresh issue of up to Rs 240 crore and existing promoters would offer shares aggregating up to Rs 360 crore in an offer for sale (OFS).

Post Market Results: These companies, like Hindustan Aeronautics, MIRC Electronics, Goa Carbon, J&K Bank, Jay Bharat Maruti, Hindustan Copper, Praxis Home Retail and CEBBCO, have reported their financial results after the market hours on Thursday. Find in details: 

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL): The state-owned aerospace company Hindustan Aeronautics on Thursday reported a 73.7% year-on-year decline in consolidated profit at Rs 148.7 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. It had posted a net profit of Rs 564.7 crore in the corresponding quarter of last fiscal. Revenue from operations dropped 47.2% to Rs 1,737 crore as compared to Rs 3,289 crore posted last year. EBITDA stood at Rs Rs 384 crore, down 54.7% against Rs 848 crore posted last year. The margins dropped to 22.1% in Q1FY21 against 25.8% posted in Q1FY20.

MIRC Electronics: MIRC Electronics has reported a loss of Rs 10.7 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. It had posted a net profit of Rs 0.9 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations dropped 46.8% to Rs 94.5 crore in the period under observation against Rs177.8 crore posted last year. It had posted a negative EBITDA of Rs 6.8 crore against positive EBITDA of Rs 4.6 crore posted last year. 

Goa Carbon: The petrochemical company Goa Carbon Limited net loss remained unchanged on a year-on-year basis at Rs 5 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. The revenue from operations dropped 60% to Rs 55.6 crore as against Rs 138.9 crore posted last year. 

Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) Bank: J&K Bank on Thursday reported a 70.3% drop in standalone profit at Rs 6.5 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. It had posted a net profit of Rs 21.9 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal. Net interest income (NII) gained 0.2% to Rs 904 crore in the period under observation against Rs 902 crore posted last year. Provisioning and contingencies for Q1FY21 was 9.2% down at Rs 266 crore as against Rs 293 crore posted in a year-ago quarter. It made provision of Rs 620 crore in the previous quarter ended March 31, 2020. The lender's gross non-performing assets rose to 10.72% of the gross advances as on June 30, 2020, as compared to 10.97% posted in the previous quarter. However, net NPAs (Non-Performing Assets) fell to 3.05% in Q1FY21 from 3.48% posted in Q4FY20.

Jay Bharat Maruti: Auto parts company Jay Bharat Maruti has reported a consolidated loss of Rs 21 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. It had posted a net profit of Rs 7.8 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations dropped 84.1% to Rs 70.2 crore in the quarter under observation against Rs 442.9 crore posted last year in the same quarter. It posted a negative EBITDA of Rs 10.3 crore in Q1FY21 against positive EBITDA of Rs 38.9 crore reported in Q1FY20. 

Hindustan Copper: The mining company Hindustan Copper on Thursday reported a 40.6% year-on-year rise in consolidated profit at Rs 29.8 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. It had posted a net profit of Rs 21.2 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations rose 41.9% to Rs 431.4 crore in the quarter under observation against Rs 304.1 crore posted last year. EBITDA stood at Rs 85.8 crore, down 8.6% from Rs 93.9 crore posted last year. The margin contracted to 19.9% in Q1FY21 against 30.9% posted in Q1FY20. 

Praxis Home Retail: Furniture stores company Praxis Home Retail on Thursday reported a net loss of Rs 38.8 crore in the quarter ended June 30, 2020. It had posted a net loss of Rs 25.5 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations dropped 85.8% to Rs 23.1 crore in the period under observation compared to Rs 162.2 crore posted last year. 
CEBBCO: Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Co. Ltd (CEBBCO) has reported a net loss of Rs 2.5 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. It had posted a net profit of Rs 5.7 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations dropped 27.6% to Rs 29.9 crore from Rs 41.3 crore posted last year. 

ITI: ITI Limited bagged the Defence Ministry’s Army Static Switched Communication Network (ASCON) phase-4 project order worth Rs 7,796 crore. The project entails the establishment of an optical fibre network for the Indian army. Company will sign the contract soon.

Yes Bank: The private lender Yes Bank on Thursday said it has fully repaid Reserve Bank of India (RBI) the entire Rs 50,000 crore of Special Liquidity Facility it had availed. The remaining Rs 15,000 crore was paid on September 8, 2020. It said there is no plan to merge with SBI.  

Metal sector In Focus: India will increase surveillance on copper and aluminium imports from China.
