Key benchmarks trimmed initial gains and ended with decent gains on the Muhurat trading session on Saturday, November 14, 2020. The barometer index, the S&P BSE Sensex gained 194.98 points or 0.45% at 43,637.98. The Nifty 50 index added 60.30 points or 0.47% at 12,780.25. Both the indices attained record closing high levels. HDFC AMC: Navneet Munot has been appointed as managing director and chief executive officer of HDFC Asset Management Co. Ltd. Munot, who was earlier chief investment officer (CIO) at SBI Mutual Fund, will be succeeding Milind Barve, who has been MD and CEO of HDFC AMC since inception in 2000.

BPCL: The government said on Monday that several local and foreign investors have expressed interest in buying its 52.98% stake in fuel retailer Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd (BPCL). It added, now it will not extend the date of bidding further. 

Reliance Industries: Reliance Retail Ventures Limited (RRVL), a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, has acquired 96% equity shares of Urban Ladder Home Décor Solutions Private Limited for a cash consideration of Rs 182.12 crore

Info Edge: Info Edge in a regulatory filing has said Zomato Private Limited (Zomato) has closed primary fundraise of Rs 1,455 crore from six different investors including Luxor, Kora, and Steadview.
