Registering a biggest single-day gain in 10 years on Monday, May 20, 2019, domestic stocks markets surged after most exit polls showed that the ruling NDA government at the Centre is likely to return to power. So, the Nifty surged 421.10 points to end at a fresh all-time high of 11,828.25. the Sensex skyrocketed 1,421.90 points to close at a record high of 39,352.67.

Jet Airways: A high-level meet between Etihad Airways and Hinduja Group, in a bid to revive Jet Airways, will be held on May 23 in Abu Dhabi, the corporate headquarters for Etihad.

Adani Green: The company on Monday said that two of its promoters Adani Tradeline LLP and Universal Trade and Investment would offer 8.75 crore equity at an offer price of Rs43 per piece. the offer for sale (OFS) would open for one day on May 21, 2019. The 8.75 crore shares constitute 5.59 per cent of the paid-up equity share capital of the company. 

Panacea Biotech: Panacea Biotec's Oncology Parenteral Formulation Facility at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, has received United States Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) approval for manufacture and supply of Azacitidine Injection, 100 mg/vial, for the US market. Azacitidine is a chemotherapy drug used to treat myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS). 

Shilpa Medicare: The company had received final approval for the United States Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) for Docetaxel Injection in the strengths of 20 mg/mL, 80 mg/4 mL (20 mg/mL), and 160 mg/8 mL (20 mg/mL). Docetaxel is used in the treatment of breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, prostate cancer, castric adenocarcinoma, and head and neck cancer.  Sobha Limited.: The real estate company has ventured into the furniture business with Metercube brand.
