SSC JE 2022: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released a notification for the Junior Engineer (JE) exam 2022.

Aspirants can submit their application from August 12 to September 2. The exam would be conducted in November, as per the notification. The exact date would be announced soon.

The examination will consist of two papers. The Paper-I would be computer based examination for General Intelligence Reasoning and General Awareness -- each for 50 marks.

The third subject of the Paper-I would be a General Engineering exam for Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, totalling 100 marks.  

The standard of the questions in Engineering subjects will be approximately of the level of Diploma in Engineering (Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/Electronics) from a recognized Institute, Board or University recognized by All India Board of Technical Education.

For Paper-I, allotted time is 2 hours and the exam will be arranged in 2 shifts. The morning shift will be held from 10 am to 12 pm; and candidates should note that entry to the examination center will not be allowed after 9.30 am for the morning session.

In the Afternoon shift, the time-slot for Paper-I would be 2 pm to 4 pm. The entry into the examination center will be banned at 1.30 pm.

Further Click on the 'JE' tab given on the screen where you will be able to see a list of 'Active Examinations'.

When the JE exam for 2022 becomes active on August 12, you will be able to fill the exam form.
