SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2019: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is likely to release the SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2019 exams result on its website-ssc.nic.in on June 21, according to an official circular. However, there is no update regarding the exact date for the result. Over 30 lakh candidates appeared for the SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2019 examination.

The SSC GD Constable Exam 2019 was organised for the recruitment in CAPF, NIA, SSF and Rifleman in Assam Rifles from February 11, 2019 to March 11, 2019. The examination, spread over 18 days, was held in a total of 54 shifts in 31 states and UTs, 125 cities and at 297 examination centres. The exams took place to fill as many as 58,373 vacant positions. About 52,20,335 candidates had registered for the examination, and of these, 30,41,284 appeared for the examination. 

Earlier, the SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2019 results were expected by May 31, 2019, but it was later revised to June 21, 2019. Candidates have been advised to keep a tab on the official website for any update, as any change in the date and time for the result or any other update would be provided on the website.

Notably, the Staff Selection Commission has its Headquarter at New Delhi, and all examinations as well as administrative matters are submitted to the Chairman through two members. For smooth conduct of examinations through a large network of examination centres/sub-centres situated in different parts of the country for the convenience of the candidates, the commission has been provided with a regional set-up, including seven regional offices at Allahabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Guwahati, Chennai, Bangalore along with two sub-regional offices at Raipur and Chandigarh. Each regional office is headed by a Regional Director and each Sub-Regional office is headed by a Deputy Director.
