Simmba box office collection: The Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan film is not only making moolah at the Indian box office, but has also emerged as a global hit. The movie, which has received rave reviews and critical acclaim from film analysts and audiences  for its fine mix of action comedy and emotions, has set new benchmarks in the global markets too. By the week 4, the Rohit Shetty directed  flick has earned about $13 million from international markets. The best markets have been US and Canada.

In the domestic market, it has already earned over Rs 236.22 cr, becoming one of Rohit Shetty's highest grossing films till date. The impact on the box office is so heavy that this Ranveer Singh-powered movie's collection has gone past the earnings of Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer Chennai Express.

USA+Canada has performed best, nears $5 mn mark," film trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted.In Fiji and Australia too the film has maintained its pace. In Fiji,  it is about to surpass the highest grossing Indian film Tiger Zinda Hai's lifetime business in that country. Simmba  has so far collected FJ$ 456,014, while  Tiger Zinda Hai's lifetime earning is FJ$ 457,184, according to figure posted by Adarsh.

Simmba picks up pace once again on Saturday and Sunday in the domestic market. It is about to touch Rs 240 cr by Week 4. After earning  Rs 66 lakhs on Friday, Rs 1.22 cr and Rs 1.85 cr, on Saturday and Sunday. 

In the first week itself, it made Rs 150.81 cr. With this movie, Ranveer Singh has proved his mettle, cementing his position in Bollywood as superstar alongside Shah Ruck Khan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, and Ajay Devgn.
