Sikkim Assembly Elections 2024: The Central Election Committee of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday (March 26, 2024) released the list of candidates for nine assembly constituencies. The assembly legislative elections and 2024 Lok Sabha elections in Sikkim are scheduled for April. In the list released on Tuesday, Pema Wangyal Rinizing will contest election from the Gangtok constituency. Aruna Manger is contesting assembly poll from Namchi-Singhithang. The BJP has fielded Niren Bhandari from Upper Tadong. While Phurba Rinzing Sherpa is in the field from Tumin-Lingee, Bhim Kumar Sharma is contesting from Gyalshing-Barnyak.

BJP's byelection list for Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, West Bengal

The BJP also issued its list for legislative assembly bypoll seats for Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, and West Bengal.

In Gujarat, Chatursinh Javanji Chavda will contest from Vijapur, Arjunbhai Devabhai Modhvadiya from Porbandar, Arvindbhai Jinabhai Ladani from Manavadar, Chiraghkumar Arvindbhai Patel from Khambhat, and Dharmendrasinh Ranubha Vaghela from Vaghodia. 

In Himachal Pradesh, Sudhir Sharma will contest from Dharamshala, Ravi Thakur from Lahaul and Spiti (ST), Rajinder Rana from Sujanpur, Inder Dutt Lakhanpal from Barsar, Chaitanya Sharma from Gagret, and Devinder Kumar (Bhutto) from Kutlehar.
