State Bank of India has invited applications for the 30 Specialist Cadre Officer vacancies out of which 4 are contractual in nature. Interested candidates can apply till 12th February 2020 by visiting their official site.

HOW THE SELECTION PROCESS WILL TAKE PLACE?

The selection process will be done through shortlisting and interview. Merit list will be decided in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. Candidates those who are selected for regular vacancies will be put on probation of 2 years but there will be no probation period for contractual vacancies.

DOCUMENTS CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE:

Candidates need to upload documents like a resume, ID proof, Experience certificate, form 16, proof of date of birth, educational certificates, photograph, and signature. Remember, application will be rejected if any kind of error occurs or any mistake reflects on the documents.

FEE FOR APPLICATION FORM:

The application fee is Rs 750.Candidate belonging to SC/ST/PWD and ex servicemen don't need to pay any application fee.

Things to keep in mind:-

-A candidate can apply for one post only

-The application fee is deposited with the Bank through online mode on or before the last date.

- Candidates are required to upload all required documents like brief resume, ID proof, age proof, educational qualification, experience etc.

-Hard copy of application and other documents not to be sent in SBI office

-If more than one candidate scores same marks at cut-off marks in final merit list then they will be ranked according to their age in descending order.

- The Call letter for online Examination and "acquaint yourself" booklet should be downloaded by entering registration number and password/date of birth from the Bank's website. Call letter for interview, where required, will be sent by e-mail only.

-Candidate belonging to OBC category but coming in the 'creamy layer' are not entitled to OBC reservation and age relaxation. They have to mention themselves as 'GENERAL' or GENERAL (PWD) as applicable.
