According to the SBI notification, the Registration process is complete only when fee is deposited with the bank through Online mode on or before the last date for payment of fee. Candidates should know that before applying, they should ensure that they fulfil eligibility criteria for the post as on the date of eligibility. They are required  to  upload  all  required  documents including their brief resume, ID  proof, proof of age, educational qualification, experience  etc., failing  which their candidature will not be considered for shortlisting/ interview.

In case a candidate is called for interview and is found not satisfying the eligibility criteria (Proof Age, Educational Qualification and Experience etc.) he/ she will neither be allowed to appear for the interview nor be entitled for reimbursement of any travelling expenses.

SBI Specialist Cadre Officer vacancy details include Chief Marketing Officer- 01 Post; Deputy Vice President (Marcom)- 01 Post; Assistant Vice President (Marcom) -01 Post; and Senior Executive (Events & Sponsorship) - 01 Post

Eligibility Criteria for Specialist Cadre Officer Job

1. Chief Marketing Officer: Candidates should have completed BBA/MBA/PGDM (as full-time course) in any discipline from a recognised university/ institute. Preference will be given for specilisation in Advertising or Marketing in BBA/MBA/PGDM (as full-time course).

2. Deputy Vice President (Marcom): Candidates should have completed 2-year full time MBA (or equivalent)/PGDM from a recognised Institution/ University (Preferably in Marketing).

3. Assistant Vice President (Marcom): Candidates should have completed 2-year full time MBA (or equivalent)/PGDM from a recognised Institution/ University (Preferably in Marketing).

4. Senior Executive (Events & Sponsorship): Candidates should be Graduate from a recognised University/ Institution. Any specialized qualifications in Event Management would be an added advantage.

Remuneration/Pay

1. Chief Marketing Officer will get Rs 42-48 lakh P.A. including variable pay of 10% subject to satisfactory performance. Reimbursement  of  medical  insurance  premium  for  self,  spouse  and  family  of  not exceeding two children (actual basis) amount not exceeding Rs 30,000 P.A., shall be paid extra. 

2. Deputy Vice President (Marcom) Rs 20-23  lakh P.A. (Fixed  CTC).  An  incremant  of  10%  p.a.  shall  be  paid  on  fixed CTC. Besides this Performance linked Incentive of 10% p.a. from second year on fixed CTC (base year). Reimbursement  of  medical  insurance  premium  for  self,  spouse  and  family  of  not exceeding two children (actual basis) amount not exceeding Rs Rs 30,000 /p.a., shall be paid extra. 

3. Assistant Vice President (Marcom) Rs 16-19  lakh P.A. (Fixed  CTC).  An incremant  of  10%  p.a. shall  be  paid  on  fixed CTC. Besides this, Performance linked Incentive of 10% p.a. from second year on fixed CTC (base year). Reimbursement  of  medical  insurance  premium  for  self,  spouse  and  family  of  not exceeding two children (actual basis) amount not exceeding Rs Rs 30,000 /p.a., shall be paid extra.

4. Senior Executive (Events & Sponsorship) Rs 12-15 lakh P.A. (Fixed  CTC). An  incremant of 10%  p.a. shall be paid on fixed CTC.
