SBI recruitment 2018 application for probationary officers posts: The State Bank of India (SBI) has invited applications for bank probationary officers.  Candidates selected are liable to be posted anywhere in India.  Eligible candidates aspire to join State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer  are required to register online for the Recruitment Process. Candidates are advised to check SBI official websites: bank.sbi, Careers section or sbi.co.in, Careers section, for details and updates.  Selection will be based on the performance in the examinations. There will be three level selection process:  Preliminary examination, Main examination and Group Exercise and Interview. 
The candidates shortlisted through the SBI recruitment 2018 process in the Preliminary examination have to appear for the Main examination. The shortlisted candidates in the Main exam will be called for Interview.
Candidates should read detailed information carefully before applying. 
SBI recruitment 2018: Essential qualifications (As of 31.08.2018)
Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government. Those who are in the Final year/Semester of graduation may also apply, subject to the condition that if called for interview, they have to produce proof of passing the graduation examination on or before 31.08.2018. 
Chartered Accountants can also apply apply for the positions.

1. Candidates with record of loans/credit card payment defaults and/ or against whose name adverse report of CIBIL or other external agencies are available will not be eligible for appointment.
2. Candidates against whom there is/are bad report regarding character and antecedents, moral turpitude will not be eligible to apply for the positions.
SBI recruitment 2018: Payment of Fees 
The payment can be made by using debit card/ credit card/ Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the candidates. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt and application form will be generated. Candidates must keep a printedout for record. The printout of the application form need not to send to the bank.
If the online transaction is not successfully completed, a candidate has to register again and make payment online. There is also a provision to reprint the e-receipt and application form containing fee details at later stage.
