Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) recruiting candidates for Officer of scale- I, II & III and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs). The online examination for Common recruitment process for RRBs for recruitment of Group A (Scale I)officers and Group B assistant will be conducted by IBPS in two phases- Preliminary and Main. For the post of Scale II and III, candidates will appear for Single Online Examination and shortlisted candidates will be called for a Common Interview.

Educational Qualification:
For the post Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Officer scale-I, the candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with working knowledge of computer and proficiency in local language.

For the post Officer scale-II (General bank officer), the candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with minimum 50 per cent marks in aggregate with two years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial institution. While for  Officer scale-II (Specialist Officers), candidate must have degree from a recognized University or its equivalent with one to two years of experience in their relevant field. 

For the post of Officer Scale-III, he/she must posses bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with aggregate of 50 per cent marks. The candidate must have the five years experience as a Officer in a bank or financial institution.

Age limit:
For Officer scale III - The candidate must have been born between 03.06.1979 and 31.05.1998
For Officer scale II - The candidate's date of birth should be between 03.06.1987 and 31.05.1998
For Officer scale I - The candidate must have been born between 02.06.1991 and 31.05.2001
For Office Assistant - The candidate's date of birth should be between 02.06.1991 and 01.06.2001
