Apart from Anjali, the sellers include six other people namely Vivswat Mehta, Nandan Mehta, Aarti Mehta, Tulsi Vatsal, Janaki ML Aris and Jagdish Hatangadi. The total area of the plot is 1321.88 sq mt and the bungalow is a ground plus two storey structure. The total constructed area is 19,650 sq ft. The bungalow is located very close to a garden, on Breach Candy road, one of the most expensive locations in the city and the country too. The stamp duty of the house was Rs 7.25 crore.

A detailed mail sent to Gaurav Jain but we received no response. Mehta House, according to property brokers, was on sale since almost a year and a half. However, it was only this month that the deal was finalised and was registered with the registration department last week. When contacted Anjali Tendulkar, we didn’t received a response to our query.

Rajiv Jain, a real estate broker from the area, said, “This bungalow gives a good sea view, is close to a garden and has been there in the market for quite some time now. The price looks decent and the forthcoming Development Plan would be opening up new opportunities for the new owners.”
