Anjali Tendulkar, wife of former cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, has bought a property in Bandra East. The property is close to the house where the great batsman spent his early years.  The flat is reportedly bought at price of Rs 7.15 crore. It is located in Rustomjee Seasons in Gandhi Nagar, Bandra east, and in 16th floor in the B wing. It has registered area close to 1,600 sq ft.

Earlier Sachin bought a bungalow in Bandra west at a cost of Rs 39 crore, where he currently resides. He moved there in 2011. Anjali Tendulkar's flat in Bandra east was finalised in May and a stamp duty of Rs 35.79 lakh was paid during the registration, according to DNA report. Anjali will get two car parks and its carpet area is 1459.38 sq ft. Per sq ft rate is Rs 49,000 on carpet. The flat is reportedly gift from Anjali’s parents. Mehta House in Malabar Hill, Anjali once stayed, was sold to a businessman for Rs 145 crore. According to the report,  certain share of that money is belonged to Anjali. 

Anjali Tendulkar is a pediatrician and wife of legendary Indian cricketer, Sachin Tendulkar. Anjali's role in shaping Sachin's career is enormous and the cricketer admitted that.  Anjali is the daughter of Anand Mehta, a renowned Gujarati industrialist and a former world bridge champion. Her mother Annabel Mehta is of British origin. She was born and brought up in Mumbai.
