Telugu superstar Prabhas` latest release "Saaho" has crossed Rs 400 crore at the global box-office, the film`s makers tweeted on Monday. Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer continues to do well at the box office across the country despite failing to impress the critics.  Saaho collection has been decent in the second weekend across markets and notably, it has crossed the Rs 300 crore mark in just nine days.

This is the exact number of days taken by big budget films like Dangal, Sanju and Tiger Zinda Hai to achieve the feat. Only three films have achieved the feat faster than this - Bahubali: The Conclusion (three days), 2Point0 (six days) and Avengers: Endgame (seven days).

'Saaho' is Prabhas`s first release after the blockbuster 'Bahubali' series. While the film opened well, it left has many fans and the media underwhelmed owing to its lack of a cohesive plot.

The action drama 'Saaho' was shot simultaneously in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil languages, and is rumoured to have been made on a budget of around Rs 350 crore. The film also stars Shraddha Kapoor, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Jackie Shroff.

Overwhelmed, Prabhas took to social media and penned a note earlier his fans saying, "To my beloved fans and audience, Thank you for all your unconditional love for #Saaho. This film is what it is because of the sheer appreciation and incredible response you all have given. Lots of love to you all! (sic)"
