For the RRB NTPC exams, over one crore candidates (1,26,30,88) submitted their applications and they are still waiting for updates on the exam dates for the 1st stage of CBT. Notably, there are a total of 35,277 posts under NTPC category for Under Graduate and Graduates. Of these, 103769 vacancies belong to undergraduates, while there are 24649 vacant positions for graduates in the recruitment process.

The delay in issuance of the RRB NTPC Admit Card is reportedly due to in-house issues as large number of applications were received and the RRBs is currently involved in other recruitments too. In the wake of high number of applications, the RRB is taking a lot of time to scrutinise them, and this is said to be the reason behind delay in the announcement of admit card as well as exam details.

The examination for RRB NTPC Recruitment 2019 will be held in two stages– Computer-based tests and skill test. Those who will qualify these stages will have to undergo a medical test. The selected candidates will be called for verification of their documents, and then only final results will be announced.
