RRB Group D Document Verification 2019: The RRB Group D recruitment is in the last stage. The RRB had already declared the results and now the call letter for document verification has been made available for candidates who have cleared the written examination and Physical Efficiency Test. The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) is responsible for Group D document verification process. For each zone, the document verification is being held for 3 to 4 weeks. The railways has said that the dates have been decided while keeping in mind the Lok Sabha Election dates and if any candidate's document verification date conflicts with the voting date, they should first cast their votes. The RRB assured that a new date will be announced for those candidates. In each DV batch, around 100 to 150 candidates will be called. The candidates will have to show in original their qualifying certificates and any other certificates they have mentioned while applying like Caste certificate and PwD certificate.

RRB holds the document verification process to check whether the candidate is eligible or not for an appointment. The documents should be either in English or Hindi. If the documents are not in these two languages, then a candidate will have to present the self-attested translated copies. 

Candidates are also required to upload the documents online on their respective RRC website before going for the verification. Online uploading of documents is mandatory for all candidates. Also, the candidates are required to take a print out of the document verification call letter. Follow these stpes to download your call letter:

* Visit your respective RRC/RRB website
* Click on the link given for doucment verification
* Fill in your details like Registration number, date of birth and security captcha. 
* Click on get details to view and download your DV Call Letter. 

Candidates should note that failure of submission of the appropriate documents will lead to the cancellation of their candidature.
