RPF exam 2018: The Railway Protection Force (RPF) and RPSF recruitment exams for constables and sub-inspector would be held from December 19 onwards. The Computer Based Test (CBT) would be held group wise simultaneously for Constable posts, while the examination for the SI posts of all 6 groups would be held one by one. RPF would release the detailed schedule for RPF CBT exam soon on its official website, and the admit cards will be available for download from December 9.
 
RPF had invited online application for a wide range of recruitment in various zones of Indian Railways for the post of Constables and Sub Inspector (SI) earlier in June. The date of examination for recruitment of Sub Inspector and Constables has now been announced.
 
For the first time, applications were invited online and the exam too will be conducted online across the country. The examination conducted by RPF is going to be a computer-based test (CBT). To begin with recruitment, the online test is going to start from  December 19 onwards.
 
The computer-based test will be conducted group-wise simultaneously for the posts in all six groups simultaneously. Hence, the first examination would start from December 19 for group E--North Frontier Railway and other will be afterwards as given order:
 
1.Group E: NF Railway
2. Group F: RPSF
3. Group A: S Railway, SW Railway and SC Railway
4. Group B: C Railway, W Railway, WC Railway and SEC Railway
5. Group C: E Railway, EC Railway, SE Railway and ECo Railway
6. Group D: N Railway, NE Railway, NW Railway and NC Railway
 
The Central Recruitment Committee for SI and Constables has allotted Roll numbers for all successful applicants which will be delivered to candidates through Email by November 16, and a detailed information regarding CBT will be given on the Indian Railways’ official website.
 
The online test date, center, and schedule will be communicated to candidates on their registered emails. They would be able to download their admit card or e-call letter from 9th December onwards as per their scheduled test.
