The Ram temple is meticulously crafted in the Nagara architectural style, boasting three floors within its expansive 57-acre complex. The temple occupies 10 acres, with dimensions measuring 360 feet in length, 235 feet in width, and 161 feet in height. Comprising five pavilions and 318 pillars, the temple showcases intricate craftsmanship, with each pillar standing at a formidable 14.6 feet. Currently, approximately 55% of the temple construction is complete, with the remaining work anticipated to be completed by the end of 2024. The sanctum sanctorum on the ground floor is already prepared.

Unparalleled Structural Strength

The temple's foundation, 15 feet deep, is entirely constructed from stone, without any use of iron or steel. To enhance its resilience, 47 meticulously laid layers form the foundation, utilising soil that is said to harden into stone within 28 days. Rigorous planning ensures the temple's imperviousness to earthquakes, even those measuring 6.5 on the Richter scale.

Opulent Doors and Materials

A total of 46 doors grace the entrance of the Ram temple, with 42 adorned with a coating of 100kg gold, sourced from Maharashtra. Carved from teak wood by skilled artisans in Hyderabad, the doors are a testament to exquisite craftsmanship. The temple incorporates pink sandstone, carved marble from Mirzapur and Bansi-Paharpur in Rajasthan, and 17,000 granite stones.

Intricate Artistry and Devotional Spaces

The dance pavilion features meticulously carved idols of gods and goddesses, alongside verses from the Ramayana, inviting devotees to immerse themselves in spiritual contemplation. The circumambulation path, 12 feet wide, is adorned with religious engravings, offering devotees an hour-long spiritual journey within the premises.
Strong outer walls provide security, while inner walls showcase information related to Sanatan Dharma and religious depictions on every pillar.

Innovative Rituals

On the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, the consecration of Lord Ram will occur using sunlight. IIT Roorkee is currently collaborating on a unique plan to reflect sunlight onto the deity's forehead through mirrors and lenses during noon, when the sun is in the south. As the fourth day of the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha Puja unfolds, the Ram temple stands as a symbol of architectural brilliance, fortified against the ravages of time and nature.
